|| General Terms of Service ||

By commissioning me, I will assume that you have read and agreed the terms and conditions stated below. Any issues the client has due to not reading the terms of service are not my responsibility ^^!These terms may be subjected to change at any time!

  • The artist has the right to decline a commission for any reason

  • There will be NO DEADLINES in requesting a commission. An additional rush fee, however, can be charged.

  • Commissions for personal use should not be used to make profit.
    If client ever wishes to post their personal commission online, please give the artist credit.

  • Commissions for commercial purposes will have an additional charge of 100% of base price

  • The following are prohibited in using commissioned work:
    NFT
    AI Art, AI integrated learning
    selling, reprinting, other forms of reproducing

  • The artist has the right to all their artworks. Commissioned work can be displayed in their portfolio/gallery unless specifically requested otherwise by client.

  • Always treat the artist with respect. ^^

|| Payment ||

  • Commissions are non-refundable

  • Making of commission will start once the client has paid 50% of final price as downpayment.

  • The client can request small changes before the artist completes the artwork. If the client requests major changes when the commission is nearly finished, an additional revision fee may apply.

|| Commission Process ||

  1. Ordering
    Check my commission page for prices! You may DM my in my social media accounts to inquire, or go directly to Ko-Fi for those paying in USD or fill in the commission form for PHP payments.

  2. Discussing additional commission details
    Once I accept your commission, we can brainstorm ideas or ask some questions and clarifications on your commission.

  3. Downpayment
    Once everything is settled, client must pay 50% downpayment before officially starting the commission!

  4. Making of commission
    Artist's drawing process: sketch>lineart>coloring>rendering>finish

    Initial sketches will be sent to the client for any recommendations or necessary revisions. Note that client may not ask for major revisions when the commission has reached its rendering stage.

  5. Final Payment
    Your commission is done! But firstly, client must first give the other half of the payment before receiving their commission.

  6. Finish!
    If there are no other problems, the client will then receive their commission both with and without watermark via email.
